What is kaia?

Kaia is your return concierge. We track your return deadlines across every retailer and handle the entire return process for you — labels, QR codes, drop-off locations, pickups, everything. You just text us.

Is it free?

Kaia is currently free for a limited number of early users. We're onboarding people gradually, so sign up now before spots fill up.

How do I start a return?

There are two ways. If you've connected your Gmail, we already have your orders — just tell us which one you want to return and we'll handle it. You can also text us directly or forward your order confirmation email to kaia@kaiareturns.com and we'll take it from there.

What retailers do you work with?

We work with thousands of retailers including Amazon, Zara, Revolve, SHEIN, Nordstrom, H&M, Nike, Target, ASOS, Free People, Lululemon, Sephora, Mango, and many more. If we don't have a retailer's policy on file, we look it up for you.

How do reminders work?

Once we know about an order, we calculate its return deadline based on the retailer's return policy. We send you reminders at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the window closes. In your dashboard, you can tap "dismiss" on any order to stop reminders for it, or just text us and we'll turn them off.

Can I schedule a pickup?

Yes — package pickup is a select service available in certain locations. We schedule someone to pick up the return from your door so you don't have to leave the house. This service does come with a small charge. Just text us and we'll let you know if pickup is available in your area.

Do you read my personal emails?

No. If you connect your Gmail, we only scan for order confirmations, shipping notices, and delivery receipts. We never read personal emails, social messages, or anything unrelated to your orders. You can disconnect at any time.

Why does Google show a warning when I connect Gmail?

When you connect your Gmail, Google may show a screen that says kaia hasn't been verified yet. This is completely normal for newer apps. Just click "Advanced" and then "Go to kaia (unsafe)" to continue. We connect through Google's official OAuth — your password is never shared with us and you can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.

How do I contact kaia?
